CHINESE HERBS & MEDICINE
for SEX

LOW LIBIDO, IMPOTENCE, ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION, and PREMATURE EJACULATION

Causes of Sexual Dysfunctions According to TCM

Chinese Herbs for Sex

Low sexual function or desire, when caused by biological conditions, is usually diagnosed as Kidney Yang Deficiency or Kidney Jing Deficiency.  This is true for both men and women.

As the Kidneys are said to be the repository of qi, they are very often named in deficiency conditions.  These Kidney deficiencies do NOT indicate kidney disease in the Western sense.

Kidney deficiencies are usually caused by spending, over time, more energy than is transformed from food.  The body then "taps its reserves", and over time, depletes them.  Contributing to this can be excessive energy spent on physical trauma, overwork, excessive sexual activity, and emotional enturbulation. Poor or insufficient sleep, failure to rejuvinate through rest or vacation, or congenital deficiencies also can play a part.

This can result in low sex drive, impotence, erectile dysfunction, low sperm count , poor sperm motility, or premature ejaculation. It is sometimes accompanied by a sense of fatigue which is largely unrelieved by sleep. It is sometimes accompanied by weakness in the lower back or lower body.

Kidney Yin deficiency can also cause impotence. Men or women with signs of "heat", women with vaginal dryness, or men who have low fluid volume in their ejaculate are likeley to be Kidney Yin Deficient.

The following Chinese herbs and herbal products treat these deficienciesThey can be taken by both men and women.

SINGLE HERBS

Kidney Yin deficiency can also cause impotence. Men or women with signs of "heat", women with vaginal dryness, or men who have low fluid volume in their ejaculate, are advised to take Liu Wei Di Huang.

Excessive sexual activity will cause a deficiency of both yin and yang of the Kidneys.

For Low Libido associated with menopause, take Two Immortals Pill. Men with deficienies of both Kidney Yin and Yang may also take this pill.

Stress or emotional constraint may also contribute to impotence. If stress is a factor for either party, a month or so taking Free and Easy Pill, also known as Relaxed Wanderer, Rambling powder, or Hsiao Yao Wan, will often relieve the problem.

When insomnia or poor sleep is a factor use Good Sleep & Worry Free Pill.
