- Returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipping date.
- 100% refund on all unopened and re-sellable returns.
- No refunds on custom-made formulas, special orders, opened, or damaged products.
- Refunds are for product costs only. We are unable to refund shipping costs, except: If the return is due to our error, we will reimburse your shipping costs.
- If you received the wrong product, or your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please e-mail us immediately after receiving your order. Send e-mail to email@example.com, and specify ‘error noted or suspected’ in the subject line.
- Returns must include either the packing slip, order number, or full name and date ordered.
- When returning any item, be sure to use the Delivery Confirmation service.
- Refunds are made only to the credit card or other payment method used to place the order.
