Indications for Using CHUAN XIONG WAN (liguisticum pills)
First stage of a wind-cold condition with occipital, sinus, facial, or temporal headache. Possible pain and stiffness in the neck, shoulders and upper back. There could be chills, perhaps a slight fever, without sweating. There's likely to be an aversion to wind and cold, body aches, fatigue, nasal congestion, watery nasal discharge.
Dosage of Liguisticum Teapills (CHUAN XIONG WAN):
8 pills, 3 x day. Best on an empty stomach. In severe conditions dosage may be increased to 8-12 pills every 2-4 hours. May be used short-term for few days to a few weeks.
