Suan Zao Ren Tang (zizyphus combination) with Gan Cao (Licorice Root), Zhi Mu (Anemarrhena Rhizome), Fu Ling (Poria), and Chuan Xiong (lovage). For liver Blood or YIN deficiency accompanied with heat

Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan with Mai Men Dong (Ophiopogon), Sheng Di Huang (Rehmannia Glutinosa), Yuan Zhi (Senega Root). For poor sleep due to Liver Blood or YIN deficiency.
